Pasta Alla Parmesana Recipe
This is a winter meal i suppose, its very simple but it always comes out great and makes you be the hit. Try it

Ingredients
  • 800g penne rigatti
  • 300 cl heavy cream
  • 800g sparragus
  • 100g grated parmesan cheese
  • 50 g roquefort cheese
  • salt pepper

Directions
  1. Boil your pasta until "al dente".
  2. preheat oven to 350ยบ F
  3. Meanwhile cut up each sparragus into 4 and save the tips appart
  4. In a boul mix the cream, roquefort, half of the parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and the sparragus cut up (exept the tips).
  5. Add the pasta "al dente" into the boul and mix well everything.
  6. Place the mix in a baking pan and on top the reserved sparragus tips and the remaining parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake the pasta for 15 - 20 min or until tips are golden and crispy!
  8. Enjoy you meal!
