How to make it

  • Brown the ground meat in the olive oil, adding the onion and in the last part of cooking, the garlic (avoid making garlic bitter by burning it). Cook until the meat has no pink color then add the mushrooms.
  • When the mushrooms begin to soften and brown slightly, add the wine and worcestershire.
  • Squeeze the liquid from the frozen (thawed) spinach and stir it into the skillet. If using fresh - simply stir into the skillet mixture.
  • Cook over medium heat until the wine evaporates. Add parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Serve over cooked egg noodles.
