Pineapple Milk Sherbet Recipe
This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Morgan Estate in Austin, Texas in 1982.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2 cups milk

Directions
  1. Mix pineapple juice, lemon juice and sugar.
  2. Chill then add to milk.
  3. Freeze one hour then beat thoroughly then freeze for 3 hours.
