How to make it

  • Heat oven to 400
  • Spray 8 inch square(2 quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray
  • Place spinach on fillets, sprinkle with garlic salt, roll up tightly
  • Place seam side down in baking dish
  • In small bowl combine mayo and mustard, spoon evenly onto each roll
  • Sprinkle with crushed croutons
  • Bake uncovered 20 to 25 minutes, depending on thickness of fillets
  • Serve with lemon wedges
  • 4 Servings
  • All prep can be done in advance the same day, covered and refrigerated
  • Bring to room temp before baking or allow an extra 5 -10 minutes baking time
