- 1 teaspoon oil shopping list
- 1 pound ground pork shopping list
- 48 cloves garlic finely chopped shopping list
- 3 green onions white part chopped shopping list
- 3/4 cups roasted salted peanuts shopping list
- 1 fresh pineapple shopping list
- 1/3 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper shopping list
- lettuce leaves shopping list
How to make it
- Grind peanuts.
- Heat oil in a frying pan then add pork, garlic and onions.
- Cook until pink color disappears then drain off most of the fat.
- Add sugar and pepper and cook 12 minutes.
- Add peanuts then mix in well and remove from heat then cool to room temperature.
- Prepare platter by lining with lettuce leaves.
- Cut off top leaves and outer skin of pineapple as thinly as possible from top down.
- Cut in spirals with a sharp knife then cut off bottom.
- Cut pineapple into 6 wedges and then cut each of those into 1/4" slices.
- Arrange fruit on platter then mound meat mixture onto fruit.
- Serve at room temperature or chilled.
