Mexican Avocado Dip

This dish is good for potlucks. It makes a lot, it's easy and you don't have to cook it just chill in the fridge. It's a good dish for the holidays.
Ingredients
- 2 cans bean dip shopping list
- 2 large ripe avocados shopping list
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice shopping list
- 1 (8 oz) sour cream shopping list
- 1/2 cup Miracle Whip shopping list
- 1 pkg taco seasoning shopping list
- 1 bunch green onions (chopped) shopping list
- 3 large tomatoes (chopped) shopping list
- 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese shredded shopping list
- 2 small cans black olives shopping list
How to make it
- Grate avocados in bowl; add lemon juice and set aside
- Mix 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper with sour cream, miracle whip, and taco seasoning. Set aside
- Spread bean dip in bottom of 9x13 dish
- Layer in the following order:
- Avocados
- Sour cream mixture
- Green onions
- Tomatoes
- Cheese
- Black olives
- Chill in refrigerator for 30 min to an hour before serving
