How to make it

  • Boil goat meat (until tender) with the vinegar, onion and a dash of salt and about 20 pcs of peppercorn
  • In a large wok, saute garlic until brown
  • add the goat
  • Add the tomato sauce and tomato paste
  • Allow to simmer for 10 minutes
  • Add the bay leaf, bellpeppers, carrots, olives, and potatoes
  • If the sauce is too thick, add water
  • When the potatoes and carrots are cooked, add the liver spread and cheese
  • add minced chilli pepper (optional)
  • Season to taste

    I dont live in Fla. anymore, can't get goat. How about ribs? Looks interesting.
