- 2 Lbs. ricotta cheese shopping list
- 1 Dozen XL or large eggs shopping list
- 2 Lbs. italian sausage shopping list
- 1 Lb. Grated mozzarella cheese shopping list
- Grated parmesan cheese shopping list
How to make it
- In a skillet, fry sausage, drain and reserve the oil.
- Cut sausage into small pieces.
- Put Ricotta in a large bowl, add 1 heaping Tablespoon flour.
- Stir well, until blended. There should be no flour lumps.
- With an electric mixer, beat eggs one at a time with the ricotta, beating well after each one.
- Add sausage pieces, mozzarella cheese and about 2 fistfuls of Grated Parmesan cheese.
- Mix very well, by hand.
- Grease a 9x13 glass baking dish (Use only glass) with reserved sausage oil.
- Pour Frittata batter into prepared pan.
- Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour or until bottom and top is golden
