This is a recipe that my sister-in-law gave me. She made this for a family dinner a couple of months ago and we all went nuts over it. It is so flaky, so post and very zesty. Hope you love it as much as we do.

Ingredients
  • 4 salmon steaks
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon grated lemon peel
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients except salmon stirring thoroughly.
  2. Generously brush both sides of salmon steaks with mixture.
  3. Barbeque on a well oiled grill over hot coals.
  4. Make a tent of foil or use barbeque cover and place over salmon.
  5. Barbeque for 8 minutes per side depending.
  6. Baste frequently turning once brushing with sauce.
