Barbeque Salmon Steaks

This is a recipe that my sister-in-law gave me. She made this for a family dinner a couple of months ago and we all went nuts over it. It is so flaky, so post and very zesty. Hope you love it as much as we do.
Ingredients
- 4 salmon steaks shopping list
- 3 tablespoons melted butter shopping list
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon grated lemon peel shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients except salmon stirring thoroughly.
- Generously brush both sides of salmon steaks with mixture.
- Barbeque on a well oiled grill over hot coals.
- Make a tent of foil or use barbeque cover and place over salmon.
- Barbeque for 8 minutes per side depending.
- Baste frequently turning once brushing with sauce.
