Banana Cream Pie

- Already pie crust (Frozen,pre-made or homemade) shopping list
- 1- 3.5 oz of vanilla instant pudding shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 1/2 sour cream shopping list
- 4 oz of cream cheese set out to soften shopping list
- 1/3 cup of milk shopping list
- 8 oz container of frozen whip topping (thawed) shopping list
- 3 med. bananas sliced and dipped in lemon juice shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Prepare crust by following directions on package. Set aside to cool.
- 2.Cream together Cream Cheese, sour cream, til creamy and smooth.
- 3. Mix 1/3 cup of milk to mixture, beat until fluffy, and light.
- 4. Add the box of pudding to mixture, beat until smooth and creamy, approx. 5 min. ( Will be alittle thick).
- 5. Add 1/2 cup of milk to mixture. Beat milk into mixture until creamy
- 5 min.
- 6. Needs to be refrig. if pie crust is still warm.
- 7.When pie crust is cooled, Mix pudding mixture with 1/2 of container of whipping cream (thawed).
- 8. Place banana slices at bottom and side of pie shelll.
- 9. Pour mixture into pie shell and put back in frig. after mixing well- til ready to eat.
- Must be made same day that you need it.
