Walnut-cheddar loaf

- 1 c. ground walnuts shopping list
- 1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1-2 c. brown rice or wild rice, pre-cooked night before shopping list
- 2 c. chopped onions, sautéed shopping list
- 2 beaten eggs shopping list
- 2 T nutritional yeast shopping list
- s & P shopping list
- ¼ c. toasted sunflower seeds shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients; place in oiled loaf pan.
- Bake @ 350F for 35 minutes or until browned on top.
- Serve with cranberry sauce.
