Ingredients
  • 1 c. ground walnuts
  • 1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1-2 c. brown rice or wild rice, pre-cooked night before
  • 2 c. chopped onions, sautéed
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 2 T nutritional yeast
  • s & P
  • ¼ c. toasted sunflower seeds

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients; place in oiled loaf pan.
  2. Bake @ 350F for 35 minutes or until browned on top.
  3. Serve with cranberry sauce.

This sounds absolutely delicious! The wild rice and sunflower seeds are such a unique thing to add. Can't wait to try it.
