Elegant Chicken Wild Rice Casserole

- 3-4 cups cooked chicken, torn into pieces, not diced shopping list
- 1-6 ounce package Uncle Ben's Long Grain and wild rice, original recipe, (not quick) cooked with package seasonings shopping list
- 1 can Campbell's cream of celery soup shopping list
- 1-2 ounce jar chopped pimentos, drained shopping list
- 1 cup sliced water chestnuts shopping list
- 1 cup good quality mayonnaise shopping list
- slivered almonds shopping list
- White and black pepper to taste shopping list
- paprika shopping list
How to make it
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, except almonds
- Place in a buttered 3 quart casserole
- Sprinkle top with almonds
- Sprinkle with paprika
- Bake at 350 degrees, 40 minutes, or until almonds are browned
- NOTE: This is a great dish to serve during the holidays
