Spiced Pecans Recipe

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Combine all the ingredients in a plastic bag and shake until nuts are coated with spices.
  • Spread out on a baking sheet and quickly roast in oven for 5 minutes or less.
  • Do not brown or you will release the volatile pecan oils. Allow the pecans to cool completely and package them in covered container.
