Ingredients

2 cups pecan halves

1/2 teaspoon Hungarian sweet paprika

1/2 teaspoon fine ground cumin

3/4 teaspoon Kosher salt flakes

1 tablespoon melted butter

Directions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Combine all the ingredients in a plastic bag and shake until nuts are coated with spices.

Spread out on a baking sheet and quickly roast in oven for 5 minutes or less.

Do not brown or you will release the volatile pecan oils. Allow the pecans to cool completely and package them in covered container.
