Ingredients
  • 4-1/2 C sugar
  • 1-2/3 C evaporated milk
  • 1/2 pound butter or margarine
  • 3- 6 oz pkgs semi-sweet chocolate pieces
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla
  • **1- 8 oz jar marshmallow crème
  • 2 C nuts
  • **Can substitute with 2 C mini mallows or 31 large mallows

Directions
  1. "Combine sugar, milk & butter in a deep saucepan;
  2. Cook to softball stage, stirring constantly & scraping sugar crystals from sides of pan; 9 min.
  3. Remove from heat,
  4. Stir in chocolate until partially melted,
  5. blend in vanilla & marshmallow;
  6. Stir in nuts.
  7. Turn into buttered 9" x 13"x 2" pan.
  8. Cool.
  9. Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours or overnight.
  10. Cut in squares.
