How to make it

  • "Combine sugar, milk & butter in a deep saucepan;
  • Cook to softball stage, stirring constantly & scraping sugar crystals from sides of pan; 9 min.
  • Remove from heat,
  • Stir in chocolate until partially melted,
  • blend in vanilla & marshmallow;
  • Stir in nuts.
  • Turn into buttered 9" x 13"x 2" pan.
  • Cool.
  • Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours or overnight.
  • Cut in squares.

    I have made this so many times for gifts - teachers, hairdresser, etc. It's SO good, and is about the only fudge I can make sucessfully! Thanks for the reminder! Bookmarked, for sure...=)
