How to make it

  • put peppers in a pot of salted water. heat on high.
  • bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes.
  • brown the onion and ground beef together until brown
  • and crumbly. Add garlic powder and salt and pepper.
  • mix rice and meat together with 2/3 of the can of
  • tomato sauce. mix in cheese.
  • spoon meat mixture into peppers. top peppers with
  • remaining tomato sauce and top with cheese.
  • bake at 350 for 15 minutes covered and 15 minutes
  • uncovered

    A good recipe, today I would substitute the ground beef with Midland Harvest Burger Mix with Nutri Soy and add a little heat like some chili powder too.
