Yummy creamy strong coffee milkshake with chocolate covered espresso beans
Ingredients
- 1 cup strong coffee, cooled to room temp shopping list
- 6 big scoops coffee ice cream shopping list
- 2-3 tablespoons chocolate covered espresso beans (optional) shopping list
- 1/2 cup half and half or milk shopping list
How to make it
- Place coffee in blender with ice cream and half and half or milk.
- Add in a palmful of chocolate covered espresso beans, if you like. Blend until smooth and serve immediately.

This sounds similar to one made at a local coffee shop, except theirs uses vanilla ice cream, I like this version better. I will have to try it.
