This is a quick, easy, and VERY FRESH Recipie. Goes great on a warm summer night, with a glass of white wine. For best results, pick your ingredients from the garden!

Ingredients
  • 2 Tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive oil
  • 1Green Bell Pepper
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 Orange or Yellow Bell Pepper
  • 2 roma tomatos
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 full shallot
  • 1/2 cup of romano cheese
  • Fresh ground pepper
  • 2-3 sprigs of basil
  • Pasta

Directions
  1. First things first... START BOILING YOUR PASTA!
  2. Chop all of your peppers, tomatos, and basil and set aside
  3. put oil in a skillet pan and turn on med-low heat
  4. finely chop your garlic and add to the skillet
  5. chop your shallot and sautee with garlic
  6. once garlic is and shallots are translucent in color add all of your peppers and tomoatos
  7. your pasta should just about be ready, so before you strain add basil to your pan, and remove from heat.
  8. Directly after you strain pasta, add it to pan (while still hot)
  9. stir in cheese, and pepper to taste!
