How to make it

  • It skillet, heat oil and add onions. Cook until soft. Transfer to stockpot and add the next 7 ingredients. Simmer for 30 minutes.
  • Garnish with cliantro, ff sour cream, ff cheddar cheese.

    This was really, really good! It's strange to say about chili, but it just melted in our mouths, leaving a nice glow behind. We used all three recommended garnishes, and I didn't have to change a thing. It's the best new recipe I've made for a while, and we thought we liked the others!
