Razin Raspberry Mustard

This is worth it! Made with raspberries, dry mustard, garlic, onion, raspberry wine vinegar....cooked for about 10 minutes. Great with pork, and especially good on chicken sandwiches. Serve also with cheese and crackers, and sausage.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries, may use frozen if fresh are not available shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped onion shopping list
- 1 clove garlic shopping list
- 1/4 cup dry mustard shopping list
- 2 teaspoons sugar shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 cup raspberry wine vinegar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients, in container of electric blender
- Process until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides
- Pour mixture into saucepan
- Cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes, until thickened
- Cool
- May garnish with fresh whole raspberry
