How to make it

  • Set an electric frying pan to about 350 degrees Fahrenheit and spray with cooking oil.
  • Put all ingredients except for the Chocolate Chips (unless you like them mixed in) into a mixing bowl.
  • Stir with a whisk until all dry clumps are gone. Add more milk if needed.
  • Use a measuring cup to scoop out some of the batter and pour slowly over electric frying pan. Stop when reasonable size and pour more batter over another empty space in the pan.
  • Sprinkle a handful of chocolate chips over the batter as soon as your done pouring it in the pan.
  • Flip every 3 minutes until it looks done and no wet batter can be seen and voila! A great chocolate chip pancake.

mmmm, we love pan cakes. Here we call them crepes and my daughter loves making them but never thought of putting chocolate chips in. She usually spreads them with nutella. Shall try them.
