How to make it

  • Marinate carrots in chinablue tangy ginger SAUCE for 5 minutes.
  • In large sauté pan bring chicken broth simmer.
  • Add carrots and marinade, bring back to simmer, cover and cook for 15-20 minutes, until tender.
  • Uncover and continue cooking for 2-3 minutes until liquid is almost entirely evaporated and carrots are glazed.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Sprinkle with almonds.
  • Serve hot or at room temperature.
