Ginger carrots

- 1/2 cup chinablue tangy ginger SAUCE shopping list
- 1 cup chicken broth or water shopping list
- 1 pound baby carrots, peeled and trimmed shopping list
- 1/4 cup toasted, sliced almonds shopping list
How to make it
- Marinate carrots in chinablue tangy ginger SAUCE for 5 minutes.
- In large sauté pan bring chicken broth simmer.
- Add carrots and marinade, bring back to simmer, cover and cook for 15-20 minutes, until tender.
- Uncover and continue cooking for 2-3 minutes until liquid is almost entirely evaporated and carrots are glazed.
- Remove from heat.
- Sprinkle with almonds.
- Serve hot or at room temperature.
