Bourbon-glazed Salmon Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp bourbon
  • 2 tbsp soy-sauce
  • 1 tbsp ginger, fresh grated
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ tsp freshly ground pepper
  • 4 skinless salmon fillets
  • Topping:
  • ¼ cup thinly sliced green onions
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted

Directions
  1. Combine first 7 ingredients (through pepper) in a large plastic bag
  2. Add fish and marinate in fridge for 1 ½ hours turning
  3. Heat a skillet over medium high heat
  4. Coat with cooking spray
  5. And fish and marinate to the pan
  6. Cook for 4 minutes per side or till fish is flakey
  7. To serve spoon sauce over fish and top with onions and sesame seeds

Bookmarked this recipe to try at later date. It sounds real good and it is different from frazer river turkey. Surely worth a try or two :D Just wish I could get some fresh salmon to try it with.
