Bourbon-glazed Salmon

- 3 tbsp brown sugar shopping list
- 3 tbsp bourbon shopping list
- 2 tbsp soy-sauce shopping list
- 1 tbsp ginger, fresh grated shopping list
- 1 tbsp lime juice shopping list
- 3 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- ¼ tsp freshly ground pepper shopping list
- 4 skinless salmon fillets shopping list
- Topping: shopping list
- ¼ cup thinly sliced green onions shopping list
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted shopping list
How to make it
- Combine first 7 ingredients (through pepper) in a large plastic bag
- Add fish and marinate in fridge for 1 ½ hours turning
- Heat a skillet over medium high heat
- Coat with cooking spray
- And fish and marinate to the pan
- Cook for 4 minutes per side or till fish is flakey
- To serve spoon sauce over fish and top with onions and sesame seeds
