Pineapple Cake With Cream Cheese Frosting

- cake shopping list
- 20 oz. can crushed pineapple (with juice) shopping list
- 2 c. flour shopping list
- 2 t. vanilla shopping list
- 2 t. baking soda shopping list
- 2 c. sugar shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- icing shopping list
- 8 oz. brick cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1 stick margarine or butter shopping list
- 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar shopping list
- 1 t. vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350
- Place pineapple, flour, vanilla, baking soda, sugar and eggs in mixing bowl and mix by hand until well blended.
- Pour into greased 9x13 baking pan
- Bake 35-40 minutes
- ICING:
- Mix cream cheese, butter/margarine, powdered sugar and vanilla with a hand mixer until blended
- Ice cake when cooled
- Garnish with walnuts, pecans or cherries (optional)
