Pineapple Cake With Cream Cheese Frosting Recipe

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Place pineapple, flour, vanilla, baking soda, sugar and eggs in mixing bowl and mix by hand until well blended.
  • Pour into greased 9x13 baking pan
  • Bake 35-40 minutes
  • ICING:
  • Mix cream cheese, butter/margarine, powdered sugar and vanilla with a hand mixer until blended
  • Ice cake when cooled
  • Garnish with walnuts, pecans or cherries (optional)
