Chocolate Pear Pudding

- 4 slices thick bread shopping list
- 2 Tbsp butter, melted shopping list
- 410g can pears, drained and sliced shopping list
- 2 Tbsp sultanas shopping list
- 3/4 cupMilk Melts shopping list
- 1 can evaporated milk shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 1/4 cup sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 180oC. Spread slices of bread with butter. Cut each slice into 4 triangles. Arrange a layer of bread over base of a greased ovenproof dish.
- Place pear evenly over top, then sprinkle over sultanas and Melts. Arrange remaining bread on top.
- Whisk together evaporated milk, eggs and sugar. Pour over bread and leave to soak for 5 minutes.
- Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, remove and cool slightly before serving.
