How to make it

  • hard cook eggs
  • peel and remove yolks
  • place yolks, cumin,salt ,pepper and mix well
  • add white of egg
  • cumin and basil
  • add flour until you get consistency to where you can make small balls about the size of a nickle
  • bring broth to rolling boil
  • roll balls gently in more flour,salt and pepper
  • drop one at a time into boiling soup...
  • will pop to the top in about a minute
  • very colorful and tasty
