How to make it
- prepare crust. Mix condensed milk, lemon juice,rind and egg yolks. Pour into pie shell and leave to set. Beat egg whites until soft peaks form, add sugar gradually beating until glossy. Pile on top of filling. Bake at 180 oC for 10 – 15 mins or until golden brown.
