How to make it

  • Saute garlic, onions, green beans, celery, and zucchini in your olive oil for approx. 5 minutes or until tender.
  • Add your broth, cooking sherry, drained tomatoes, beans, hot water, carrots. Add your spices generously and stir.
  • Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  • Add your pasta and spinach and cook for another 20 minutes.
  • Serve hot and enjoy with a heaping mound of parmesean cheese on top!
