- 16 Cleaned quail shopping list
- 12 oz jar Tony Catchers Creole butter Injectable marinade shopping list
- Texas Pete hot sauce or your favorite hot sauce shopping list
- 4 cups House Autry seafood Breader shopping list
- Veg. or peanut cooking oil shopping list
How to make it
- Rinse Quail and place breast up on a flat cookie sheet
- Inject 1 to 2 oz of creole butter into each breast
- Splash each quail with Texas Pete to taste
- Apply breader to each quail besure to cover thouroghly
- Deep fry in 3 to 4 of cooking oit at 350 f for about 12 min
- Remove and drain on a paper towel
- Ready to serve
