How to make it

  • Rinse Quail and place breast up on a flat cookie sheet
  • Inject 1 to 2 oz of creole butter into each breast
  • Splash each quail with Texas Pete to taste
  • Apply breader to each quail besure to cover thouroghly
  • Deep fry in 3 to 4 of cooking oit at 350 f for about 12 min
  • Remove and drain on a paper towel
  • Ready to serve
