I make a similar type of cookie with my version of Anzac cookies. Does not have the seeds and nuts. I bake them like I do, Biscotti. They are delicious and keep for a long time. Recipe can be found at wadesglobalkitchen.blogspot.com

Our CostCo sells the originals. However, CostCo stock changes from visit to visit except for Kirkland brands. The originals are tasty little treats. I'll see if this recipe is a faithful rendition.
