How to make it

  • In a large skillet, brown the ground turkey, turkey sausage, onion and garlic, in olive oil. Break up the ground turkey and sausage as it cooks. Drain fat completely.
  • In a 5 qt. slow cooker, mix all ingredients, and cook on medium for 4-6 hours.
  • Serve with low fat sour cream and low fat grated cheddar cheese.
