How to make it

  • Season shrimp with salt and pepper to taste and let stand 20 minutes at room temperature.
  • Combine eggs, milk, cornstarch, flour and baking powder.
  • Heat oil in deep fat fryer to 350 degrees.
  • Add shrimp to batter and coat.
  • Deep fry 2 to 3 minutes.
  • For sauce, mix mayonaise and chili sauce.
  • Mix shrimp with sauce.
  • Be careful, this is hot.
