Fried Shrimp In Thai Chili Sauce

- 2 lb. medium shrimp, peeled and deveined shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 3/4 cup milk shopping list
- 3/4 cup cornstarch shopping list
- 3/4 cup flour shopping list
- 3/4 tsp. baking powder shopping list
- oil for deep frying shopping list
- Sauce: shopping list
- 2/3 cup mayonaise shopping list
- 1/2 cup Thai chili sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Season shrimp with salt and pepper to taste and let stand 20 minutes at room temperature.
- Combine eggs, milk, cornstarch, flour and baking powder.
- Heat oil in deep fat fryer to 350 degrees.
- Add shrimp to batter and coat.
- Deep fry 2 to 3 minutes.
- For sauce, mix mayonaise and chili sauce.
- Mix shrimp with sauce.
- Be careful, this is hot.
