  • 1 part large limas beans
  • 1 part small limas beans
  • 1 part great Northern beans
  • 1 part navy beans
  • 1 part black turtle beans
  • 1 part red kidney beans
  • 1 part white kidney beans (cannellini)
  • 1 part pinto beans
  • 1 part pink beans
  • 1 part cranbeberry beans
  • 1 part garbanzo beans
  • 1 part speckled butter beans
  • 1 part split green peas
  • 1 part split yellow peas
  • 1 part black-eyed peas
  • 1 part lentils
  • 1 part pearled barley

Directions
  1. Pick over the beans to remove any debris. Mix all the ingredients together and store in a sealed container. Use as directed in making soups.
