Lobster Bisque

- 1 pound lobster meat, cooked and cubed shopping list
- 2 medium slices of onion shopping list
- 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 cup chicken broth shopping list
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour shopping list
- 2 cups milk shopping list
- 2 tbsp butter shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 pinch ground cayenne pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Place 1/4 cup of chicken stock and the onion in a small frying pan, then cook over a low heat for 5-7 minutes.
- In a medium sized pot, over a medium heat, melt the butter. Now, slowly whisk in the flour until a creamy mixture is made.
- Slowly add in the stock, whisking continuously. Then stir in the lobster meat, Worcestershire sauce, onion, milk, salt and cayenne pepper. Heat until soup almost reaches boiling, but do not boil as the milk will curdle. Serve.
