Ingredients
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon almond flavoring
  • Topping:
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions
  1. Mix together cream cheese, sugar, eggs and almond flavoring in a medium bowl of an electric mixer.
  2. Put in greased 9-inch glass pie pan. I put mine in a graham cracker crust.
  3. Bake at 350F for 35 minutes. Let set for 10 minutes, while preparing topping.
  4. Mix topping ingredients in electric mixer, put on top, and bake at 350F for 10 minutes.
  5. Cool and refrigerate.
  6. May be served topped with strawberries or raspberries.
