Bread Machine Herb Bread

Great tasting herb bread to serve with just about anything.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 tsp. active dry yeast shopping list
- 2 cups bread flour shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. celery seed shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. caraway seed shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. ground sage shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg shopping list
- 1 tsp. salt shopping list
- 2 tsp. sugar shopping list
- 2 Tbs. nonfat dry milk shopping list
- 2 tsp. unsalted butter shopping list
- 1/2 cup plus 1 Tbs. water shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 tsp. lemon juice shopping list
How to make it
- All ingredients are measured for a small loaf and should be at room temperature. Add ingredients in order specified for your bread machine. Set on standard setting, medium or normal baking cycle. Do not use programmable timer since recipe contains perishable ingredients.
