Ingredients

How to make it

  • Mash the potatoes
  • Chop up veg and add to potatoes
  • Heat the oil and butter in a frying pan over a medium heat
  • Fry gently for 10-15 minutes until potatoes are golden and crispy
  • Serve hot with cold meat, bacon or fried eggs

    Glad to fine this one,I use to watch the TV program,THE TWO FAT LADIES years ago.One of them died and they took it off the air.They where a HOOT to watch.Thank-you for the recipe

    Thanks for reminding me. I haven't make this in forever and I love it. No cabbage tho. Ugh. I like it with the brussel sprouts too.
