These easy appetizers are sure to be a hit at your next party!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine shopping list
- 3 oz extra sharp cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1 cup flour shopping list
- 1/8 tsp red pepper shopping list
- 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
How to make it
- Cream butter and cheese together. Add remaining ingredients. Shape into a 1 and 1/2 thick roll. Wrap in foil, and refrigerate until well chilled. Slice in 1/8 inch slices, and bake in 400F oven, on ungreased cookie sheet, for 6 minutes.
- *This recipe freezes well.
