How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 300.
  • Set aside a wax paper lined baking sheet.
  • Chop white chocolate into small pieces and set aside.
  • Toast nuts on a baking sheet in a single layer for 8 minutes then set them aside.
  • In top of a double boiler over hot not boiling water melt chocolate and butter in the water.
  • Stir until smooth then pour into a bowl and add the yolk.
  • Continue beating until mixture is fluffy and cooled to room temperature.
  • Chill for 4 hours then remove from refrigerator and form into 1" balls.
  • Sandwich between 2 nut halves then chill until ready to serve.
