These are very good truffles. Great for gifts, cookie exchanges or holiday trays. They never last long when I make them. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • 3 packages semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 cup finely chopped almonds

Directions
  1. In heavy saucepan over low heat melt chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk.
  2. Remove from heat then stir in vanilla.
  3. Chill 2 hours or until firm then shape into 1" balls.
  4. Roll in almonds then chill 1 hour.
  5. Store covered at room temperature.
