Cognac Truffles

- 3 ounces unsweetened chocolate shopping list
- 1-1/4 cup confectioners' sugar shopping list
- 1/3 cup butter shopping list
- 3 egg yolks shopping list
- 2 tablespoons cognac shopping list
- Melt chocolate. shopping list
How to make it
- Combine sugar and butter in bowl then cream together.
- Add egg yolks 1 at a time then stir in melted chocolate and cognac.
- Chill mixture at least one hour then break off pieces and form into balls.
- Roll in coating of your choice and air dry for 1 hour.
- Store in airtight container in very cool place.
- Coatings: ground almonds, cocoa, confectioners' sugar, coconut or chopped pecans.
