Crunchy Topped Potato Souffle

- 3 cups mashed cooked sweet potatoes shopping list
- 1 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 2 eggs beaten shopping list
- 2-1/2 teaspoons melted butter shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- Crunch Topping: shopping list
- 2 1/2 tbs. butter shopping list
- 1 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1/3 cup plain flour shopping list
- 1 cup chopped pecans shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased baking dish.
- Cover with crunch topping and bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
- Make crunch topping by melting butter then adding brown sugar, flour and pecans and mixing well.
