Mexican Dinner Recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. Spanish rice mix

1lb ground beef

1 jar salsa (to taste and consistancy)

shredded cheese

chopped onion

water

1 can chopped tomatoes (as needed)

corn to taste

bell pepper to taste

garlic

cumin

chili powder

hot sauce to taste

Sour cream

Directions

Cook rice mix according to directions.

Cook and crumble ground beef until done. Drain.

If you like onions, bell pepper or corn, saute them.

Add ground beef to rice. Add spices and veges to taste.

Add enough salsa and/or canned tomatoes to make it as saucy as you'd like.

Sprinkle with cheese.

Serve with a dollop of sour cream.
