How to make it

  • Use an small dish with a lip or something about 2 inches deep
  • place whole block of cream cheese in dish
  • pour about 1/2 of the jar of pesto over cream cheese
  • add good amount of diced tomates over pesto
  • Serve with wheat thins and/or the trisket rosemary and garlic flavor are great with this.

    Question - what size is the jar of pesto you refer to? Often when I read recipes on this site I find such references and am not sure how much is in that jar. Many brands are sold merely in a region and hence not available to us to understand the reference. Also - this sounds nice to just mix up with maybe some leftover of my own pesto. Thank you.
