Fun kids party food. Looks just like rainbow sushi. Sorry I don't have a picture. Just think through the process and what sushi should look like, and you'll get it.

Ingredients
  • 6 Rice Krispy treats
  • 6 Fruit strips (Rainbow fruit strips are best)
  • 6 Fruit twist snacks

Directions
  1. Remove packaging from all ingredients. Unroll fruit strips and cut LENGTH in half. Lay halves side by side. Curled end of strips will be starting edge.
  2. Cut fruit twists in half if needed. Cut Rice Krispy treats in half LENGTHWISE.
  3. Place one piece of twist down center of one Rice Krispy treat half; top with other Rice Krispy treat half and press together firmly.
  4. Lay Rice Krispy treat across curled end of fruit strips. Form "sushi" by rolling fruit strips very tightly into a cylinder shape around Rice Krispy treat.
  5. Cut across middle of each roll to create two peices, trimming ends if needed, so treats will stand on edge and showcross-section of roll.
  6. Serve on sushi dishes if available, with a dollop of light green frosting "wasabi".
