A perfect warm meal while sitting around the campfire!

Ingredients
  • 1 can chicken (12.5oz)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c milk
  • 4 flour tortillas

Directions
  1. Cut tortillas into 1 inch pieces
  2. Heat soup and milk in dutch oven (placing hot embers beneath pot and some on lid)
  3. When soup is warm add chicken with broth.
  4. When bubbles add tortillas and stir until all tortilla are well covered.
  5. Refresh embers if/as needed. Cook about 30 mins or until dumpling are soft. The longer it cooks the "plumper" the dumplings with be.
  6. This can easily be prepared at home as well, just substitute hot embers for a gas or electric cooktop!!
