Sweet Potato Fries Recipe

How to make it

  • Preheat oven - 350
  • Peel and slice potatoes into strips
  • Mix oil and curry powder in large bowl
  • Place potatoes in bowl and coat with mixture
  • Lay out on cookie sheet
  • Bake until crispy (about 1 hour).
  • Take out of oven, sprinkle with cheese. Place back in oven for a few minutes so cheese can crisp up.

    Made it tonight. Good stuff. I added a bit a sea salt before I cooked them. I cooked them a little too long, but they still tasted great.
