How to make it

  • > In a bowl, combine ginger syrup and maple syrup. Mix well and set aside.
  • > In another bowl, mix softened ice cream with the candied ginger. Pour in the ginger-maple syrup and mix slightly to make swirls or a marbled effect.
  • > Cover bowl and freeze ice cream until firm. Top with additional candied ginger and syrup if desired.
