  • 1 tablespoon ginger syrup
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream, softened but not melted
  • 1/4 cup chopped candied ginger

Directions
  1. > In a bowl, combine ginger syrup and maple syrup. Mix well and set aside.
  2. > In another bowl, mix softened ice cream with the candied ginger. Pour in the ginger-maple syrup and mix slightly to make swirls or a marbled effect.
  3. > Cover bowl and freeze ice cream until firm. Top with additional candied ginger and syrup if desired.
