My brother brought this soup to our family Christmas party, and I didn't think I liked rice all that well. This stuff was so good! And oh so filling.

Ingredients
  • 2 cans - Cream of Potato Soup
  • 2 cans - Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 Qt. - Whole Milk
  • 1 lb. - Bacon - cooked and crumbled
  • 1 lb. - hamburger - fried and crumbled
  • 12 oz. - Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup - Wild rice - Cook and Drain

Directions
  1. Brown hamb.
  2. Fry the bacon
  3. cook the rice
  4. Add all ingredients to crockpot
  5. Warm slowly
  6. Add cheese to thicken or milk to thin.
  7. Stir often

substitute ground turkey for hamburger. Also need to add onion and garlic powder 1.5 t each. Salt and pepper to taste.
