Asparagus and Crab Salad Recipe

How to make it

  • Steam asparagus until tender crisp then drain and let cool.
  • Cut crab into bite size pieces.
  • Combine asparagus, crab, lettuce mix and cucumber then toss gently.
  • Combine all dressing ingredients and pour over salad.
  • Toss to coat evenly then serve immediately.
