Fruit and nut truffles

- 1 1/4 cups chocolate biscuit crumbs shopping list
- 1/2 cup coconut shopping list
- 1/2 cup sultanas shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped mixed nuts shopping list
- 400 g packet Cooking chocolate, melted shopping list
- 1 canSweetened Condensed Milk shopping list
- 30 g Copha (white vegetable shortening), melted shopping list
How to make it
- Combine biscuit crumbs, coconut, sultanas, nuts, half the Cooking Chocolate and Sweetened Condensed Milk, mix well.
- Press mixture in 25cm x 30cm foil lined tray, refrigerate until firm.
- Cut truffle mixture into desired shapes, using different shaped cutters.
- Combine remaining Cooking Chocolate and Copha, use to coat truffle shapes. If desired drizzle shapes with melted White Melts, refrigerate until set.
