How to make it

  • Combine biscuit crumbs, coconut, sultanas, nuts, half the Cooking Chocolate and Sweetened Condensed Milk, mix well.
  • Press mixture in 25cm x 30cm foil lined tray, refrigerate until firm.
  • Cut truffle mixture into desired shapes, using different shaped cutters.
  • Combine remaining Cooking Chocolate and Copha, use to coat truffle shapes. If desired drizzle shapes with melted White Melts, refrigerate until set.
